Monday to Friday ideally. But can do a 7 day rental .

We have a self-contained annex connected to our bungalow in Littleton Chester on the A51.

2.5 miles from Chester City centre .

.5 of a mile from A55 so access to North Wales, M53 Liverpool & M56 to Manchester.

We have electric gates with off road parking. (Fob Provided)

Access is private down the side of the property to a large patio overlooking Vicars Cross golf course.

The annex is accessed through a pair of lockable patio doors. (Keys provided)

Inside there is central heating, a double bed, Reclining Chair, Wall mounted TV. Dining room table and chairs, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, small oven, Kettle etc.

There is a bathroom within the annex containing shower, toilet, sink.

There is an internal link through to a shared conservatory you can use as a loung , leading to our kitchen if required.

We can arrange a laundry service to wash dry & iron clothes if required.

We have no children at the property. My wife is disabled, I am her main career, we have 3 small Daschounds who are all very friendly.
