Located just a short walk from the station, Macc town centre and a stone's throw from South Park, the house is a converted historic weaver’s cottage over 3 floors. Refurbished in March 2020, we paid considerable attention to the design, facilities and the accommodation in an effort to provide a stylish, functional and comfortable home in central Macclesfield.

Bed 4 - This generously proportioned room has a large en-suite bathroom with a shower, illuminated mirror with shaver/toothbrush socket and basin with vanity storage and a heated towel rail. It also has a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The room is fully furnished with drawers, a desk and chair and a double bed with a super comfortable orthopaedic, pocket sprung mattress.

The room has a TV connection point and wifi (+ethernet) connection to the high speed modem which has business grade fibre broadband installed. The monthly rent is all inclusive of all bills.

There is a sunny garden for your enjoyment, a separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and stylish living room with a free Netflix account for all housemates to enjoy.

All the rooms are en-suite, and generously proportioned.

The property is all-inclusive and fully managed, with regular cleaning of the shared areas by a professional cleaner.

Macclesfield has much to offer including the fabulous Picturedrome artisan food hall, the award winning Treacle Market, Cinemac arthouse cinema, great brewery pubs, the Barnaby festival and a friendly community.

There is a regular shuttle bus to and from Alderley Park which passes close by the house.
