I’m Emily and I’m currently looking for a new housemate as my current one is sadly moving out ☹️.
The room available is a good sized double, and the study next to it is also there for you to use as your own (I have my own desk in my room)!
The house is bright, modern, and spacious, with a 4-piece suite bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. The kitchen is modern and has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The house has a nice garden with small patio area to spend some sunnier days outside! There is also a double drive for parking.
Rent is £550, with bills on top being around £150-170 including council tax (band C). Would be great to have another young professional to move in, but students are also welcome!
I am fairly laid back (but keep tidy), enjoy sports but also love hanging out with friends and going into Manchester every now and then. Also happy to share Netflix, Disney and Amazon!
