The room & en-suite are on the ground floor of a 3 storey townhouse. The shared living room and separate kitchen/dining area are on the 1st floor. Live-in landlord's bedroom/office rooms are on the 2nd floor giving greater privacy for both the landlord and lodger. Shared living room has pleasant view of the local park (Victoria Park).
Free on street parking available on road outside house (landlord uses the driveway).
Utility room on ground floor with washer and dryer available to use.
The house is a 5min-10min walk from Macclesfield Train Station and town center. It I'd also walkable to AstraZeneca.
