The house is suited to preferably young professional tenants working in Macclesfield or the surrounding areas, between the ages of 21-50 and is situated just a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and bus station as well as an excellent gym with swimming pool and reasonable monthly fees. Macclesfield Hospital is just a short walk from the property too.

Unfortunately due to our license and insurance restrictions we cannot accept anyone in the house who is not working. Please note there is no private parking with the property however Whalley Range car park is a 3 min walk.
