I have a large double room for rent , on a quiet street near the centre of town, I work from home and have an office upstairs, so don't really spend much time in the living room during the week as I work till 9pm , so tenant would have downstairs to themselves, most of the time, house is in council band B, and I think bils would be around £200/month, I would consider a couple but the price would be £800/month and bills split 3/ways
