Relaxed, quiet, 4 bed family house with two sitting rooms, a dining room, garden and drive. Close to hospital. Within walking distance of AZ bus and public buses. Quickish exit to motorway. Wi-fi, parking available for car/motorbike, bicycle. This is not a party house, but friendly. I tend to keep myself to myself but am around for a natter or a friendly face. As live-in landlord I have my own living room but there is a lovely morning room also, which is shared.

There is a new rescue cat who, at the moment is very timid and in hiding most of the time but he is coming around slowly.

Smoking is outside only (or in the garage).
