It also has a small kitchenette area if you just want to make a snack for your self in the microwave.

Shared areas of the house consist of a lounge, with Large Screen TV, and a cosy wood burning stove.

This opens up to a modern kitchen with dish washer, ovens, hob and Microwave, plus utility area with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

The separate dining room which is a great entertaining space, which has bi fold doors which open out on to the patio area for a lovely alfresco feel for summer evenings.

There is terraced garden with out door dining area complete with stone built Pizza Oven/BBQ.

The Monthly rent is all inclusive of utility bills, broadband and cleaning for communal area's.

We (My self & my sisiter) have 3 friendly dogs who share the house with us, so some one who loves dogs would be ideal.

Parking is on the street and there is a residents parking scheme which you are able to apply to join. (Fee is payable to the council)

We are a short walk from local bus routes, Macclesfield Hospital, local supermarkets and parks, and approx. 10 mins from the centre of town.
