The property boasts stunning lakeside views of the Mere, with its own lake set within its own grounds. This is very private, peaceful and tranquil setting, offering secure parking with electrically controlled gates to the property, a large drive for the parking of at least four to five cars.

The house is a five minute drive from the Centre of vibrant historical town of Knutsford which is a thriving Market Town with a fantastic array of quality restaurants and bars. Known as the “gastro capital” of the Cheshire Peak District you’ll find a collection of independent businesses and stylish boutiques mixed in with antique dealers and chic contemporary galleries.

Knutsford is the prefect base for a visit to Manchester and Cheshire. Transportation links are excellent, Manchester Airport 15 minutes away; Manchester City Centre and four major motorways, the M6, M56, M60 and M62 are close by connecting you to the historic city of Chester and south Cheshire and Manchester to the North. The town also has a direct railway link with Chester and Manchester, and local bus services taking you across the county.

The property is fully furnished throughout each person would have their own private bedroom and the rest of the house is on a shared basis. The kitchen if fully kitted out with all electrical and white goods.

All kitchen utensils are provided for the shared use of the tenants. The living area has a large three piece sofa; a large dining table and chairs; double patio doors opening to the lake and back garden. In the communal lounge we offer a large television with sky we also have a good wireless Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The basement occupies the utility room with brand new washing machine and tumble-dryer which are also on a shared basis; there are small storage areas in the basement too.

We have four Double rooms available. Two rooms have access to a shared bathroom and toilet.
Each room is priced at £600 p/m. The En-Suit room is £700 p/m.

This room would be £600.00/£700.00 per calendar month (Bills included) Property has Broadband, Sky and Weekly cleaning to communal areas. A £600.00 Security Deposit. The communal areas of the property will be cleaned on a weekly basis.

All prospective tenants will be liable to an application fee which will include all credit/ referencing checks. One month rent in advance and deposit/ bond.

All applicants will be subject to a credit check at their own personal expense of £100. There is also an additional charge of £50 for the gate entry fob.
