Luxury Six bed detached house available

We live in a lovely, well maintained six bed modern detached house in the picturesque Roman market town of Middlewich in the county of Cheshire. Nearby, there are plenty of canal and country walks for keen walkers. There are a good range of festivals and events held here in Middlewich, such as the well known 'Folk and Boat' festival in June, Transport festival and Roman festival to name a few. There is also a very popular thriving Artisan market held on the last Saturday of every month, which is well worth a visit.

Middlewich has a good range of shops,(including Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl supermarkets) pubs and restaurants but the busier neighbouring towns of Northwich, Winsford and Sandbach are all less than a 15 minute drive away; a regular bus service is available for non drivers.

The beautiful historic city of Chester is just over half an hours drive away where you will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants and there is also a direct bus service to take you there, too.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a professional with a quiet and unassuming personality. To fit in with our busy family lifestyle, our household would mainly suit someone who works away on business during the week, perhaps two colleagues together, therefore we are ideally looking to accomodate on a Mon- Fri basis only. That said, if the right person/ people came along, we would consider a 7 day week on a short term basis only.

We have two lovely rooms available; a large double complete with an ensuite shower room and a smaller double with a private bathroom next door.
We are also offering the use of a good sized separate lounge and formal dining room if desired. In addition to a spacious, contemporary and well equipped kitchen, we also have a large utility which could, potentially double up as a separate kitchen, as it contains an additional freezer and microwave, although no cooker.
Our house has a generous, well established south facing garden, with a patio area, ideal for garden parties/ BBQ's.
Full use of the laundry facilities will be available and all bills are included in the price. If desired, food can be included, with negotiation.
