A spacious double room with a King size bed available in a house in Nantwich's Kingsbourne area with landscape views outside.

Room will be offered furnished. House has a good size kitchen and dining area which is up to date with most of the necessary equipment such as fridge, freeze, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, utensils etc. A table and chair can be provided in room if required.

There's a good sized rear garden and patio which gets good sunshine and a front garden.

Parking is available outside with a driveway and a garage. You're welcome to use garage if you want.

I have also got another small room that you can use as an office for an additional 150£ monthly if you prefer a separate office.

All Bills included in the cost.

About me - I work in Automotive industry, mostly out in evenings for outdoor and social activities and seeking a friendly and trustworthy housemate to share the house.
