House with 2 double bedrooms, I will be moving back into the house most likely to be the beginning of February, will be needing a housemate. All bills will be included.
It will be an ongoing improvement project, so there may be ocassional DiY / professional stuff going on- disruption kept to a minimum. Would be new caroets / tiles, kitchen cupboard doors etc so nothing structural.
I work different shifts also, so could be starting early morning or arriving home in the early hours too (mainly summer) typically work weekends.
