Room for rent near the river and town

Hi there.

We have a beautiful double room available in our 5 bedroomed Victorian terraced house a few minutes walk from Northwich town centre and two minutes walk from the river.

In our home there is a fully equipped kitchen (with washer). There is also a large (pink) lounge which you are able to use as you please.

Your bedroom is stylishly decorated and has a double bed, comfy mattress, a good sized wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is also a sofa area for you to relax in.

There is also a lovely garden, which is a great area for BBQs in the summer. There is free on street parking around the corner and your rent includes unlimited Virgin broadband, council tax, water, TV license, gas/electric and a fortnightly cleaner, so there will be no additional bills for you to pay.

It is a shared house with my family (my mum and teenage boys) so female lodger and no overnight guests please.
