Furnished double room approx. 3m x 4m with a king-size bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The house is within walking distance of Gadbrook Park, Northwich town centre and the train station. It’s situated in a quiet area with local shops nearby and off-road parking available.
The property has a large shared living room, broadband/Wi-Fi, a modern kitchen with large cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a shared upstairs bathroom.
There is also a good-sized back garden which is a lovely sun trap in summer, along with a garage/outdoor area with TV 😎 and additional storage space.
Viewings are available after 6pm and I can send more photos of the room and house.
A little about me — I’m easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy, and I’m looking for someone similar.
I have a teenage daughter who stays with me regularly, so female professional lodgers are preferred.
I also have a friendly cat called Tufty.
My previous female housemates have stayed long-term and are happy to provide references if required.
