The house is a newly decorated 3 bedroom terraced house with 2 private parking spaces, an enclosed back garden and a front garden, a shed, a converted garage (office space including wifi, heating/air con, french doors and skylights), and a loft with extra storage.
The room comes fully furnished and faces the garden, being very quiet and getting morning sun. The landlord (myself) lives in situ in the master bedroom.
I live alone with my 2 cats Sunny and Pretzel, and I work as a Vet so I tend to be at work most days until late (other than weekends), I have a quiet and peaceful life and enjoy outdoor hobbies and spending time in nature during weekends/spare time.
The room comes with all bills included: water, electricity, wifi, council tax...etc.
