Must be pet friendly. Prefer professional person and you are expected to keep your room clean and clean up after yourself in shared areas/kitchen

Broadband network and all bills included. Off street parking. Use of kitchen and shared social room. Access to washing machine. Garden space front and back. Private road with quiet cul de sac.

Local park two minutes away and ten minutes walk to town centre. Local shop 5 mins walk. Bus and trains within a few minutes walk.

Suitable for a professional person. Male or female welcome. Short term renting considered. Must be pet friendly.

I contacted Avril as a needed to rent a place whilst I was waiting for my house to complete, I was only intending to stay a couple of months but ended up staying almost 6 months. Great location the neighbourhood is nice and quiet and very safe, close to Sandbach train station and easy access to M6 and surrounding areas. The house is modern and well equipped with parking on the drive, sole use of a large bathroom which had both a shower and a bath. The room is large and very comfortable with TV which included Sky and Netflix, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea making facilities.
Avril and Dean are fantastic hosts, great communication, very friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming.
I can't recommend Avril’s place highly enough; I would definitely stay again. Thank you :)
