I live alone, so there would only be two people living in the entire house, meaning plenty of space and privacy.

The room is a generous double bedroom on the second floor, with a separate bathroom directly next to the bedroom for your own use, including bath and electric shower. I sleep on the third floor, so you would effectively have your own area of the house.

You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as the garden. I’m also out of the house fairly regularly, so there will be plenty of occasions where you have the house to yourself.

The house is modern, clean and well looked after, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area and plenty of space to relax.

£575 pcm – all bills included.
