Beautiful rooms available in Grinzing Lodge, Styal

Grinzing Lodge is a charming guest house set within a large detached home in the beautiful village of Styal, next to Manchester Airport.

We currently have four fully furnished rooms available. Two rooms share a bathroom between them, and two ground-floor rooms have their own ensuite. The ensuite rooms include both a double bed and a single bed, so they can comfortably suit one person, a couple, or up to three people by arrangement.

The house is spacious, peaceful, and set within private secluded grounds, with lovely walks and cycle routes nearby. Styal is a fantastic area with a friendly village feel, while still being very convenient for Manchester Airport, Wilmslow, Handforth, Wythenshawe, and surrounding areas.

The main living space is a real highlight. There is a huge open-plan lounge and dining area, around 8m x 4.9m, with a real log fire, comfortable seating, and an 82-inch projector-style cinema screen overlooking the landscaped gardens.

There is also a separate pool table room, ideal for relaxing after work.

The kitchen is large and well-equipped, around 6.4m x 4.5m, with quality appliances, an American-style fridge freezer with ice maker, granite worktops, and a breakfast bar.

The house is arranged in an L-shape. The available rooms are in the main guest house section, while we live in the other side of the property. This means we are nearby if you need help, advice, or assistance with anything practical, but the accommodation still has its own comfortable and peaceful feel.

Couples are welcome. There is an additional charge of £100 per month for a second person.

For information, the council tax band is G, although council tax and bills are included in the rent.
