This is a large, bright double room with kitchenette and en suite in an open household. There are 2 other rooms for rent within the main house (not always rented out). I am a live in landlord and I come with a young poodle who is very friendly!
The room itself is a good size, furnished with double bed, bed side tables, dining table and chairs, TV, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with mirror doors, kitchenette including cooker, oven, fridge, sink and cupboards etc, shower room with basin and loo.
If you don't know the area; Tarvin is a small but well provided for village only 10 minutes outside of the city of Chester, close to M53 and M56 with good bus links for Chester, Northwich and Crewe via Tarporley/Nantwich etc. There are 2 pubs and a wine bar, plus a petrol station/mini market, Co-operative food shop, chemist, post office/news agent and various other shops.
