The house is near the hospital and a 15 minute walk to the Zoo, City centre & University.

A double room with private toilet, would suit a quiet professional person or mature student.

The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and space for a TV, Sky is available in the bedroom. Personal use of a toilet with shared shower, laundry and kitchen.

Secure parking available.

Would suit single female, needs to be tidy and respectful of personal space.

Council tax is not included in the bills and depends on work status. Rent reduction possible based on occupancy (time away at weekends and holidays)

Preference given to people who do not work from home.
