Double bedroom available in Warrington town centre. 2 minute walk from Bank Quay station, 5 minute walk to Warrington Town Centre & 10 minute walk to Warrington Centrail station

The room is spacious with a fairly large window that lets in great sunlight. Bed & mattress included if needed. I have furnished the rest of the house myself, but I'm more than happy to accommodate furniture you may wish to bring.

There are two large living areas downstairs. There is also a beautiful garden at the back of the house that is a sun trap throughout summer. Large bathroom with corner bath & separate shower unit.

I am a self employed baker who works from home, so ideally looking for a working professional with 9-5 hours who won't need access to the kitchen throughout the day & is also very clean and tidy. I have health & safety regulations to uphold to and take this seriously.

I love cooking, live music & art. I'm a very sociable person but equally like my own time.
