It is in a quiet location within easy reach of Stockton Heath and Warrington, just off the A49, with off-road parking.
There is a shared modern kitchen with washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
Access to a ‘sunny’ patio via French windows., together with a seating area. I have a cat which is contained away from my guests room.
The rental is strictly for someone who is working away from home and a temporary arrangement only.
