The house is located 7 minutes walk from the Warrington Central train station and bus station. And about 20 minutes walk from Warrington Bank Quay Station which takes you to London.

Close to town centre, shops, bars, cinema and major supermarkets.

Two sitting rooms welcome to be used. Kitchen and shared bathroom will be shared on rare occasion when I am home and not traveling.

All bills included, use of washing machine and broadband.

Small yard where you can sit and read the book or grow some herbs. Parking is outside the house.

There also is a park just outside the front door.

All is set up and ready to move in. I am looking for quiet, respectful person who will care about my hose the same way as I do.
