The apartment has 2 bedrooms (with locks on) one of which has already been taken; with the female tenant already moved in. It has a huge shared kitchen with plenty of storage, cooker/hob, double fridge freezer and washing machine. There's a spacious lounge with brand new L shaped comfy sofa. Also shared is a brand new modern bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. There's Virgin super WIFI just installed for the apartment. The bedroom has a new small double ottoman bed with plenty of storage space underneath and a luxury memory foam spring coil mattress. New bedding is provided also. The alcove in the bedroom boasts a large Ikea double wardrobe with the matching drawer set next to the bed. We are members of the NRLA so you can be assured that we keep up with the latest legislation and make sure our tenants safety is Number 1 priority 100%. Also we pay for Premium British Gas Landlord Cover which includes boiler cover with gas safety certificate, plumbing, electrics & drains so if anything goes they come out to fix it the following day.
