The other tenant is Andy, a friendly and considerate middle-aged professional. He’s chatty and sociable but also enjoys a peaceful home and is respectful of shared spaces. We get on well, and I’m looking for someone who would fit in similarly — clean, considerate, friendly and happy living in a quiet, relaxed house.

As the landlord, I live just down the road, so I’m nearby if anything is needed, while still giving tenants their own space and privacy.
