All have Double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, some have desks and chair and a bistro table and 2 chairs. The rooms all benefits from large windows making the rooms bright and airy. Room 10 has an office room attached.

The communal living area is furnished with a comfy M&S corner sofa with a TV and DVD player. There is a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen has 2 built in hobs and ovens, 2 large Fridge Freezers, 2 Microwaves. 2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer an iron and ironing board.

The property has 10 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms and a separate toilet meaning there will be no more than 2-3 people sharing each bathroom

The property is in an ideal location in West Bank for easy access to Tesco depot and Stobarts and opposite Spike Island offering great views to some rooms. Spike Island also has free parking that tenants can use if the two spaces in the courtyard are full.

The communal areas are cleaned regularly and are well maintained. There is free superfast wifi.
