I have a single room available in a lovely house. I am the owner and have 1 x male lodger currently.
The room is cosy but there's plenty of space in the house you'd be welcome to chill in :)
My current lodger is very tidy and is often at work or in his room. I work in retail so am home in the evenings generally.
I'm very social and respectful of my tenants privacy.

He is a small breed and I am collecting him at the end of June. This could be a massive bonus for a dog person!
