I have a single room available in a lovely house. I am the owner and have 1 x male lodger currently.
The room is cosy but there's plenty of space in the house you'd be welcome to chill in :)
My current lodger is very tidy and is often at work or in his room. I work in retail so am home in the evenings generally.
I'm very social and respectful of my tenants privacy.
My dog can be feisty though (little man syndrome!) although you'd have to do absolutely nothing with the dog, he is home when I'm at work sometimes and I know he'd like to sit with you :)
