New Housemate wanted

Hello!

I'm a busy professional working long hours and most of the time I'm out of the house, so you'll have the place for yourself :) If I am not working or socialising I like to stay in and watch a movie so hopefully we can watch a movie or two together, of course popcorn is a must :D

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, easy going and respects privacy of other people :)

I've got a small double room (room is bigger than what it looks like on the picture, at least that's what I'm told) to rent in a newly decorated 2 bedroom house. The house is on a quiet street just off Lacey Green.

House is fully furnished, including your room. Room is a small double with double bed, wardrobe and there is a space for a table/tv stand if needed.

There's a treadmill in my outhouse (outhouse newly decorated/plastered/painted) if you wanted to use that and garden use if you wanted to plant some flowers/vegetables.
