Mon-Fri peaceful double room for easy-going professional sharer, in a quiet street with shops nearby. Driveway parking with electric charger. 20 min brisk walk to station with direct trains to Manchester and to London. My house is on the edge of Lindow Moss, the very special peat bog where Lindow Man was found 40 years ago. Lots of good walks from the door, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in Wilmslow and the Rex Cinema. My house is light and sunny with a lovely garden you are welcome to enjoy. The double room is a reasonable size with some storage. You have sole use of the bathroom with shower when you are in the house. (There are two other small cloakrooms in the house). I run my own audio production company from the house (and my garden office). The kitchen, dining and living room area is all open plan, so we'll be sharing the space. You'd also have to like (or tolerate) my dog: a small friendly terrier called Olive. I'm looking for someone who pays council tax at their permanent residence so I can maintain my sole-occupier status for council tax purposes.
