Your Deposit would be half of total of 5 weeks rent.
The room will be available from February 2nd.
In terms of a flatmate: I would prefer a female, someone social & doesn’t stay in their bedroom all the time, clean/tidy - just the normal 😂😂 just all round great vibes please.
