Hello please contact me if you'd like to enquire or view about renting my spare room. I am a CBT therapist working privately and wish to supplement my income to help with mortgage payments, I'm looking for 400-800 GBP, depending on our specific arrangements. Perhaps a discounted rate for example if you're a good cook or handy with the garden! It's a decent size room with a brand new king size ottoman TV bed and en suite.
