I'm looking for someone lovely to rent out my spare room to in a welcoming, clean and comfortable home.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, drawers and a built-in wardrobe, providing plenty of storage space.

💡 All bills included, so no unexpected extras!

🐶 I have one dog who is 9 years old, very quiet and incredibly well behaved. If you have a pet of your own, I'm open to having a conversation about it.

I'd ideally like to arrange a viewing and have a little chat beforehand. I think it's important that we're both comfortable and happy with the arrangement, as it's just as much about finding the right person as it is finding someone a room.

I'm looking for someone feel comfortable enough to treat the house as their home.
