I take pride in my home and enjoy maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment. The house is well-presented, comfortable, and spacious, making it a lovely place to come home to at the end of the day.

MY IDEAL HOUSEMATE

I’m looking for a professional, considerate housemate who values a respectful and relaxed living environment.

Ideally, you’ll be clean, tidy, and conscientious, taking pride in your surroundings and treating the house as a home rather than just a place to stay. While the house is large enough to offer plenty of privacy and personal space, I enjoy sharing the occasional chat, meal, or glass of wine with someone who is sociable and friendly.

A Monday-to-Friday working pattern would be preferred, although I’m happy to consider other arrangements for the right person.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home with a welcoming atmosphere and a good balance of independence and companionship, I’d love to hear from you.

THE HOUSE

A spacious four-bedroom detached executive home situated on a green, quiet, well-established Redrow development, close to Martinscroft Green in Woolston.

The heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and a range of modern appliances, including an American-style fridge-freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a 40” Smart TV. A separate utility area provides additional convenience with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large but comfortable living room includes a 55” Smart TV and a cinema-quality surround sound system. TV includes the Virgin Media XL TV package, offering hundreds of channels, together with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

A bright and peaceful conservatory provides additional living space, particularly during the summer, with comfortable seating and a 42” Smart TV. There is also a separate dining room.

The house benefits from ultra-fast Gig1 Virgin Media fibre broadband, delivering download speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps. All televisions in the home are Smart LED models and include Netflix and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions.

Gas central heating serves every room and is controlled via a smart Nest thermostat. A combi-boiler provides instant hot water 24 hours a day. The living room has an impressive limestone fireplace with real flame gas fire which is a nice addition during the cooler winter months.

For added peace-of-mind, the property is equipped with a burglar alarm, smart external security lighting, a Ring video doorbell, and CCTV.

Outside, the house has a double driveway. Please note: there are no electric vehicle charging facilities available at the property.

The landscaped front and rear gardens are well-established and maintained. The private, south-facing rear garden enjoys sunshine throughout the day and has a patio area with outdoor seating, making it a lovely space for relaxing on an evening or weekend.
