We are a professional couple with a large double room to rent in our house in Alloa. The house is in a great spot, just round the corner from the town centre, with supermarkets, shops and pubs all just a couple of mins walk away. The train station is also only a 5 minute walk.
The room is a large double, furnished with a wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, and bedside table. On street parking is available.
The house has 2 living rooms, fast fibre optic internet throughout, 2 bathrooms and a nice back garden to relax in. It’s an old house so all the rooms are quite big. There are two cats, so it's important that you're ok with them :)
