I have a large bedroom with its own family bathroom to rent in a lovely, modern and spacious house. Close to Grangemouth and motorway links to Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The room has fresh decor and carpets and new mattress. Bedding included. The room contains a kingsize bed, lots of storage (wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables etc). There's a wall mounted smart tv in the room too.

You will have access to a utility room, kitchen and large drive with ample space for your vehicle.

The family bathroom is solely for you unless I have visitors, which isn’t often.

Looking for a professional or contractor type who is working in the area and looking for a calm, respectful base rather than a full shared-house setup. This arrangement would particularly suit someone who already has a primary home elsewhere and values a quieter, more independent living environment.

No couples. Non-smoker preferred.
