We are an easy-going, friendly couple looking for a lovely tenant to join our calm and welcoming home in Tullibody.
The room overlooks the beautiful Ochil Hills and has recently been redecorated. It is bright, comfortable and peaceful, and you will share the bathroom with one other tenant who is quiet, clean and respectful.

Our home is spacious, tidy and relaxed, with all the usual amenities included. We enjoy cooking, watching films and the occasional episode of Big Bang Theory, Modern Family or MasterChef. While everyone values their own privacy, we also like our home to feel warm and welcoming rather than just a place to sleep.

We also have cats, so a cat lover is a must.
The house is located in a quiet village setting in Tullibody. There is a Co-op and other local amenities nearby, and we are very well located for travel:

• 10 minutes to Stirling
• 7 minutes to Alloa (train links to Glasgow and Stirling)
• Easy access to supermarkets and local shops

We are looking for someone who is kind, tidy, considerate and easy to live with, someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and has a good sense of humour.

Ideally we would like someone to stay for at least 6 months, although the tenancy is a rolling month-to-month agreement.
