Large double bedroom to let in detached house.

Hi I am looking to let out a double bedroom in my property by the beach in Abergele. The room has a large bay window so plenty of light, and a super kingsize bed. The bathroom facilities will be shared with me the property owner. The house has a spacious kitchen diner and two living rooms.
The garden is very substantial with several seating areas and a fish pond.
When enquiring about the room please state you're occupation, and length of time you would like to rent the room for. I have a cat called Willow, I would consider another person with a cat but no dog's. There is an office next to this room for anyone that may work from home. I do not use the office space so it would be for the lodgers exclusive use.
