Room with own lounge In a Respectfull Quiet Area

Very Nicely Presented and Decorated House

Single room, with own lounge [ double size ] and bathroom
Only one other person lives in the house.[Downstairs] and they have own bathroom

Note , If applying it is nessesary to say what work you do for a living, your age and anything else that gives an insight into what sort of person you are

This is a very clean and quiet house,
No couples, loud music or anyone on drugs
and No working from Home

The other person who lives downstairs a family member , who is a Carer .He is a smoker, but does so in his space only...no where else]

Most furniture in the lounge is brand new, and carpets have just been steam cleaned. There is a Tv and you will have your own fridge and separate freezer downstairs
There is a computer desk and office chair which can be added
This is property is well maintained so you will be expected to be very clean and tidy together with Mutual respect and consideration towards others.....This is a peacefull and calm house.
Note: A freind stays temporarily 4 nights a week,[ he is away weekends] whilst looking for his own place, and stays in 3rd bedroom [ he also has his own lounge....and will be here till July...After which you will continue to be the only person upstairs

The rooms for rent now [ x1 bedroom and lounge] are available on the 26th June.
