A cosy double room in a beautiful countryside cottage set within a smallholding in Wrexham, with stunning views and a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

This is not a typical house share—ideal for someone who loves animals and wants a peaceful place to come home to.

You’ll be sharing with just one other person (myself), so it’s a quiet and comfortable home.

The Room: • Fully furnished double room

• Traditional cottage feel with smaller windows (not a bright modern room, but very snug and comfortable)
• Good storage (underbed, 2 x chest of draws, blanket box)

The Home: • Characterful cottage with a peaceful feel
• Clean, tidy, and relaxed environment
• Shared kitchen, dining room, and bathroom
• Fast Starlink WiFi (great for working from home)
• All bills included

The Setting: • Set within a smallholding with beautiful countryside views
• Pygmy goats and outdoor cats
• Quiet location but still within reach of Wrexham

A Little Extra: I also have 4 friendly dogs, so this home would suit someone who genuinely loves animals.

It would be ideal for someone happy to occasionally help out with the animals when I’m away (this can be discussed).

About Me: I work from home, I’m very animal-focused (a bit animal-mad!), and I’m into fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I’m friendly, easygoing, and value a calm, cosy home.
