I am looking for a professional person to share my home which is a character cottage. With a modern rustic decor. and sea a view.
Detached council Tax Band E. The bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes, shutters at the window with a joining En-suite shower room. .
There is a large kitchen/sitting room and separate lounge. A large patio to rear and lawned cottage garden to the front.
There is street parking outside. The area of Upper Colwyn Bay is safe and respectable. Bus stop approximately 200 metres from cottage to Colwyn Bay and connects with buses for all local areas. Beach, doctors are 1 mile as is A55 road to Chester and Bangor.
Snowdonia National Park starts half a mile further up the hill for beautiful walks.
I’m looking for an honest, respectable and friendly sharer who likes a clean house and is prepared to keep their room clean and any areas they use within the house.
Broadband throughout the cottage
