We have a large, light and airy single occupancy room to rent in a detached house in Colwyn Bay. The house is in a nice quiet and leafy residential area of Colwyn Bay but within a couple of minutes of the town centre, bus route, train station, A55, and the beach.
The room is a large double, fully furnished, and the house has unlimited superfast wi-fi.
The kitchen has all mod-cons and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc and the main bathroom boasts both a bath and a shower.
Ideally we are looking for a single non-smoking professional, businessperson, or full-time student, age not important. It would not suit a party animal however, but rather someone looking for a quiet and respectable home base, either 7 days a week or Mon-Fri.
