Less than 3 minutes drive from the A55 but still set in a quiet location, benefits include:

Reduced rates: All bills are included, but if you dont tend to use a lot (i. e. not running a bath everyday or having the heating on in summer) then happy to drop rent after a few months. Will consider Monday>Friday at a reduced rate.
