Small yet spacious cottage in Oakenholt, near Flint, North Wales. 1 mile from local shops and 13 miles from Chester. Off road parking. Although property is my main residence, I am away for at least 2 weeks a month. Therefore you will mainly have the place to yourself. I am looking to share with a cat lover and a requirement would be to take care of Missy (my cat) daily and give her some attention. Once she gets to know you she is very affectionate.
