It’s a new build house, you would have your own bathroom with shower. I have 2 friendly cats so you’d need to like cats and understand they would want to come into your room and make friends with you.
The house is new, clean, modern and in a quiet location. You’d most likely need a car or transport to get here. Locally there’s a supermarket within walking distance, plus good bus routes and easy access the Chester and Wrexham from the A483 by car.
