The house is a family home so my adult children come and go and occasionally stay in a room on the other side of the house. All very friendly and are used to having lodgers. Hari, one of my sons lives next door and my daughter Nicola on the other side.

The house belongs to me, Michele. I work part time from home. We have three dogs -extremely friendly animals. Attached to the house, we have 2 acres where we have chickens and cats.

Off road parking.

Lodger will have own bedroom, kitchen and has access to both bathrooms which are shared with me and my family when they stay.

Shared living room, bathrooms, and utility area. Own kitchen. Welcome to use my pots, pans and oven etc..

We are situated in Llysfaen, 3 minutes drive to Old Colwyn, 10 to Colwyn Bay. 40 minutes from Bangor and Chester.

I enjoy having a coffee and chat but respect your privacy too. I’ve had lodgers all my life so very relaxed.

Rent is £600 per month inclusive of all bills.
