Rooms to let in large, secure country house.

I have rooms to let (females preferred but males considered) just outside Mold (CH7 ) in my large 17th century detached house on a private plot behind electric gates with open fields to the front and views of Moel Fammau.

The market town of Mold is just 1 mile away and Theatr Clwyd is within short walking distance.

There is a bus stop right outside with regular buses to Chester, Wrexham and surrounding areas, but if you drive there is secure private parking with cctv surveillance within the property behind the electric gates.

The room available has a double bed with sink in room and access to a full size shared family bathroom with bath and shower.

There is 1 other downstairs room occupied but doesn’t share bathroom plus another room upstairs room that has odd night occupancy but not on lodger basis just short term lets ( overnight/ a few days/ week )

The room would come with shared use of family bathroom and the cost would be £675 pcm inclusive of utilities, internet etc. paid in advance.
