Private room with bathroom in Mold

The accommodation comprises of a cosy bedroom, TV, microwave, kettle and toaster and a bathroom (with a toilet, sink and shower). It is the perfect base for workers or people who are wanting to explore the local area.

Electric radiators provide heating.

You will have exclusive use of the rooms featured in the photos in the description. The property has its own access and entrance which is accessed through the garden of our family home. The key is held in a key safe box. Parking (for a car) is available on a shared drive at the front of the accommodation.

The accommodation is next door to our family home but is detached, giving you extra privacy. We respect your privacy and do not access the accommodation at any point during your stay.

The accommodation has a dedicated entrance and its own door. The Key will be provided via a code for a key safe.

Check in instructions will be sent on the morning of arrival day.

We reside in the property so would be on hand, either in person or over the phone to assist you with any matters.

The accommodation is accessed via the garden of our family home.

Maximum occupancy is 2, including children or infants. It is also not suitable for infants or young children as additional beds, cots, high chair, nappy facilities, toys etc. are not provided.

Please note, the accommodation does not have WiFi.

There is strictly no smoking in or around the property, therefore the accommodation is not suitable for guests who smoke or vape.

For leisure guests- The accommodation is conveniently located in Mold with easy access to pubs, restaurants and Theatre Clwyd (10/15 min walk). There are lots of beautiful nature walks in the surrounding area.

For guests travelling for business or contractors , the accommodation is a 10/15 min drive to Shotton Paper Mill, Shotton Steel and Shotton Industrial Estate. It is also ideally located for a short commute to Chester (20 mins), Wrexham (20 mins), Flint (15mins), St Asaph (25 mins).
