We live in a beautiful barn conversion on the outskirts of Nannerch Village, Flintshire. The property is rural and would only be suitable for someone who drives.
Within walking distance are the Clwydian Hills and beautiful Flintshire villages.
We offer use of the full house including living room, dining room, kitchen, your own private shower room / toilet. Utility with washing / drying facilities, wifi and off road parking. Some extra storage would be available at no extra cost. I am only letting 1 room, but you have a choice of two.
All bills are included in price ....Rates, heating, insurances,
electric and super fast broadband. The £ 200 deposit is refundable on departure.

LOCAL....
Two pubs within walking distance. Mold town six miles. Denbigh town 8 miles. Chester 30 minutes.
A55 ten minutes and onto motorway network.

The house in a good location for
Deeside Ind estate, Airbus Broughton ,Mostyn Docks,
Glan Clwyd and Wrexham Maelor Hospitals, & would
suit a traveling contractor.

I am easy to get along with and would welcome a guest
to use the house as their home, and have had happy
guests for 10 years +
