We’re delighted to offer a beautifully presented private room in our peaceful, well-maintained home. The room has been thoughtfully prepared to provide a comfortable and relaxing space, and you’ll also enjoy the convenience of your own private bathroom.

Our home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. Aldi and Co-Oo and other local amenities are within easy walking distance, and a nearby bus stop provides excellent transport links to Llandudno, Conwy, and the surrounding coastal towns.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, friendly, and considerate tenant who values a peaceful home environment. This room is ideally suited to a working professional or mature student who is looking for a quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

As we live in the property, we’re looking for someone who will treat the house with care, respect each other’s privacy, and help maintain the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
