Exclusive access to shower room and toilet.

All rooms are on the same first floor with views of the sea in two rooms.

Rooms are occupied until current lodger moves out at the end of July so can not be photographed just yet but they will be fully serviced in the next few weeks. Patience appreciated.

You will be living with the landlady, a sweet old Scottish lady who lives downstairs and takes great pride in her former B&B as can be appreciated from the photos. It's a beautiful home with beautiful gardens and just a minute from the beach.

Price includes gas and electricity.
